Personality Development Mentor
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personality Development Mentor to join our team. As a mentor, you will be responsible for imparting essential communication skills and interview preparation techniques to students, equipping them to excel in professional environments. Your role will involve conducting interactive sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance confidence, interpersonal skills, and overall professional demeanor.
Job Type: Parttime / Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting structured sessions to develop communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication, listening skills, and effective presentation techniques.
- Designing and delivering workshops on interview preparation, covering resume building, mock interviews, and strategies for handling common interview questions.
- Providing personalized coaching and feedback to students to help them overcome challenges and improve their communication and interview performance.
- Collaborating with educators and career advisors to integrate personality development modules into academic and career readiness programs.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, and adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in communication and interview techniques to enhance curriculum content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personality Development Mentor, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions in educational or corporate settings.
- Knowledge of interview techniques, career development strategies, and job market trends.
- Certification in personality development training or relevant fields is a plus.
